Umai Aji Ya - Fox Valley

Im giving two star cause we get shoyo ramen with chicken and fried shrimp they all too salty ... seems like some one just dropped the salt way too a lot... kids keep drinking water every 2mins since eat that ...

I've tried coming here 3 times, each time it's been closed when on google it said it was opened. I live 45 minutes away, and each time I went I made sure it was past 4:30pm, and I made sure I didn't come on their closed days (Monday, Tuesday). Their phone line is dead because I believe it's still the phone line connected to their old location in Naperville. I don't know when they'll get their own phone line, and I tried checking their facebook as well and there's no information on it. There's an At&t store right next to them and I even called them twice and asked if they could check if Umai's lights were on or not, shout out to José for doing it for me. I want to try this place out so badly, if the owner sees this PLEASE FIX YOUR ACTUAL HOURS ON GOOGLE AND TELL US YOUR PHONE NUMBER?? PLEASE.

I placed an order online for my son's birthday dinner tonight. My husband went to pick up and a sign on the door states they're closed Mon Tues. Their website shows them as open and I ordered and was charged for a day they're closed. I called the number from the receipt and she couldn't have cared less. Very poor customer service. Birthday dinner ruined and now no dinner. They don't keep any of their information updated addresses, hours, etc. Overpriced for broth and noodles with poor service. AVOID

I had the tempura as a starter and later had the spicy miso and they were both delicious.Tina was WONDERFUL, very sweet. Definitely going back.

Went to the aurora location for the first time. Tina the server was great! She helped me with my order and answered all my questions! She was great and made our first time experience there even better! Had the spicy miso and chicken karate….still drooling thinking about it
