Depending on where you are, there can be big variations across Dunkin locations; this one is among the better ones, for instance. Orders placed through the drive-through are usually accurate and fulfilled promptly. The personnel is amiable and diligent. A bright light for both of us is that they generally offer my dog, who rides in the backseat and LOVES drive-throughs, a simple munchkin from the window. View all feedback.

We arrived at the drive through to wait in an empty line. They took a while so I went ahead and made a call to the nearby pizza and made an order. There was an attitude from the Dunkin employee for doing this, and they took extra long to serve us.
