"Best Fish n Chips in the lower North Island by far, we had the crumbed hoki, so good , Chips were outstanding too. Worth a detour and then take your yummy Fish n Chips to Foxton Beach just down the road. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4"

"Lovely local place. Donuts are a must try. Coffee needs a little more work. Good flavour but flat white is not airated as it should be and was too hot or too warm. Local craft beer on tap. Very friendly staff."

"The only downside of this place was a table of rowdy customers who shouted at each other and had no awareness of anyone else. The naan was to die for and we loved the Goan fish curry."

"The establishment is beautiful, the atmosphere and lighting were perfect, and the service was so quick. What really disappointed me was the vegetables. The roast vegetables were massively undercooked, could of used another 30 mins in the oven, and the cauliflower was cold when it was served. It really has ruined my memory of how much I loved cob n co growing up. If you do have to go here I would recommend staring clear of the roast meals and go with a classic burger instead"
