I have been a lot of times in Quebec City and Ste Foy and never heard about Mezzo and Michelangello. Now I know it and will never forget them. The menu is very diversified and totally Italian (from Italy, not from New York).They offer an impressive grappa list and have tens of other fine grappa bottles in the bar for you.
