Have you ever visited that vacation hotel sincerely everything is very comfortable in the golden zone of Mazatlán... I highly recommend it since it is a central place and in the heart of Mazatlán in the golden zone... near the boardwalk... below is Mr. Frogs... and a very good place to rest on your vacation highly recommended the prices although they are a little high if it is worth it Rooms: 5 View all feedback.

What a disappointment of a hotel. Since they made us wait HOURS to assign us a room which was not the one we had reserved and later assign us a room with a leak. Service hours and restaurants are very limited. I booked all inclusive and the Wi-Fi is not included, everything is separate. The rooms are nothing like the photos, nor is the beach club, and the part of the hotel that is adults only is also full of children... View all feedback.

Este Hotel fue mi desepcion mas grande primero al llegar te cobran por estacionamiento en el todo “ incluido después que no tienes derecho a usar los jacuzis , después la cerveza mas corriente que nada casi pura agua , cupo limitado para la cena , tienes que salir a cenar fuera de los meceros todo bien ., Pero tuve que comprar mi propia cerveza Y cenar fuera y conformarme a no usar un jacuzi x que es solo para socios
Great experience, great staff looking after us at El Patio, Victor, Latisha, Lucero, Jose. Relaxing environment, good room, great bed and pillows Ala Carts where good except for the Argentinian. Watch out for Resort fees, they sprang this tourist tax on us when we arrived, no warnings from El Cid or Westjet vacation. Rooms: Good wifi, nice beds, good pillows, very good nights rest. Little tiny TV, could be bigger. Lots of hot water. Walkability: You can walk anywhere from this location, and very safe at night
