What Barracuda doesn't like about Todo Empanadas:
I know several branches of this franchise and I really do not recommend this one in particular, the one in Plaza Rinconada, in Apodaca. They don 't have change at the cash register, they don 't have a bathroom for customers, they don 't have soap to wash their hands, they don 't have a variety of drinks although they sell you combo dishes, in short, very bad service.
