What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Got over charged for a cold brew and cheeseburger. Mishandling of funds on Wendy's end.Went in and asked for milk in my coffee you think I was a alien or something.Does anyone understand English?They were rude and waited 10 minutes to get waited on.All they did was stand there on their phones talking amongst each other as I waited patiently.Burger was ice cold lettuce was old mayo tasted sour. The service here is amazing! I have never been to a Wendy’s with such good service. I had to look back to make sure I wasn’t at chick fil a because it was on that level. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. It could’ve had a better ratio of chicken to breading, but it was a delicious and satisfying meal. Thanks Wendy’s! View all feedback.
