I’m chowing down on a marinara while I write. This pizza changes flavor dramatically as it cools which makes it a journey of sorts. Earlier is was oregano and yeast now it’s wood fired crisp, lemony tomatoes and salt. last night I asked fir some grated Parm on top. It’s better without. A Great marinara in less than seven minutes. read morepizza was pretty good even though the environment didn't push me crazy and more than anything else were all upset. I should go back and take a closer look.
