"The restaurant was referred by friends as a real nice one. This said, we hoped for the best. The service is so slow and bad. The food took actually ages to arrive and be served. All the waiters too young and without any experience and this could be so clear form details: if we change wine, and you are asking if you have to change the glass: sorry, this is not your job. WE asked for bread which never arrived. We asked for a bottle of water 3 times and never arrived. (It actually arrived after the 4th time). After 2 hours we were still finishing the appetizer (which for what it was shouldn’t have taken that long). After that the fish fry was wrong. I guess it’s my first and last time here. I guess it’s a restaurant I would NEVER recommend. For me it’s a big NO. Thanks for nothing Da Stefano."

"This was a bit in the darkness based on other reviews. we don't know yet about pescara. what a great sound! it sits on one of the beautiful pedestrian streets in the middle but not one with a buck of nightclubs, so it had exactly the right number of people strolling past. we sat outside on a beautiful evening after a warm welcome from the staff. we had help with the selection of weeping and got a great bottle. the selection hotplate of the cook was fabulous 4 cold bites followed by 4 warm bites, each of them delicious. the server asked politely whether we wanted to share a complete round per or an order. Split was the smart choice and it was nice to be asked and not just blindly more food than we wanted. I then ordered a gnocchi with sausage / truffle ragu and my dining room partner ordered filled calamari. Both were fabulous. we were very satisfied at the end, not groaningly full. a sorpto, a coffee, a cap for the rest wine, to take with us and departed it in the quiet evening. the personal was friendly but not intrusive all night. fortunately, they helped us with a take order for our daughter. we think this could be our regular location in pescara. why keep looking, was everything we hoped!"
