"Arrived to pick up our order on Friday and they did not have it ready. The man was very rude and claimed we never even placed the order. After a couple of minutes he actually found our order but instead of putting it down for Friday they put it down for Tuesday. Prior to that we had to even prove on our phone that we actually did call Highway bakery because he just would not believe us. So they wrote down the wrong date but refused to admit that they did. He said he would support his employee rather than the customer and said that we were not telling the truth. I am totally done with Highway bakery. We left there and went down to Pearson's who were wonderful and gave us just what we want it"

"Must visit at anytime of year but we just celebrated my moms 80th bday during Octoberfest. Unique, one of a kind place in the area with authentic German food (coming from an Irish lass) fun music, great German decor and a dance floor for young kiddos and seniors alike. Good service with all the types of schnitzel with massive portions. The sides of spaetzle and potato pancakes so yum. Besides the spinach in the oysters rockerfeller you may be hard pressed to find a green veggie. But the soups chicken, French onion and goulash are delicious. Add this place to your bucket list next time your in town."

"I love this place!! I am gluten free (celiac) and I?ve never gotten sick. I absolutely love their gluten free french toast. I always take my friends here and they all love it as well!! Amazing food, amazing service, welcoming to everybody! Definitelywould recommend this cute little cafe to anyone!"
