I go this place regularly as there are no others close to me. the dame that I suspect that either the manager or the owner is not personal and looks as if she likes you to be there. the man (I suppose you man) is so nice. Maybe he'll notice a day what the business is holding back. eating is in order, it's just this lady, she just doesn't have a personality out of indifferent or rude and in an ice cream shop? dirty store and extremely unwilling and rude fellow workers. sad.
I do not live in the area but drove through the town and got some ice cream. Ordered 5 things and they got it all very quickly large scoops and polite.
