Subway - Frankfort

What User likes about Subway:
I took my grandson out for lunch at a subway restaurant for a tasty meal. We arrived around 1 o'clock and found the place to be empty. When I placed our order, I noticed a sign stating that they no longer accepted coupons. When I inquired about this, the staff did not give me a clear answer. Communication was difficult as they didn't speak good English. Although the food was good, it was too expensive for my budget.... View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Subway:
I waited for 8 minutes in the restaurant before I saw an employee, who I overheard talking on the phone. After another 4 minutes, she finally came from her personal phone to take my order. Halfway through, she was back on the phone again. She also had her child with her, who climbed on the counter with the food and then ran out. I was very dissatisfied with this experience.
