What Alex Albers doesn't like about Francis:
Went there because of the good reviews, but was disappointed! Maybe I just got unlucky? My waiter was very friendly, but maybe new? Anyway... Assemble your burger...I asked for mustard and ketchup... They drowned it in Mayo : they were nice enough to make a...new one for me! Unfortunately that one was well done and therefore tasteless! But, I must say it was a good looking burger, just a pity that it was not tasty : View all feedback.
