Came to Hoopers on Saturday with friends. It is a nice little bar with a good amount of seating. It was very crowded but we were able to get a table in the little nook near the front. I dont know if the cocktails are good or not, just got in last weekend, saw and smelled the tabacco smoke , and left : i don't get how it's possible that there are still bars where is allowed to smoke inside, really stinks read more.
