I ordered a medium steak. My friend asked if she could get something between well-done and medium well, the waitress (Regina K) was like, you could go to the kitchen and do it yourself if you like. That wasn't the only incident, but this was the main event of her show. My Medium Steak was served well-done. I dont think they understand how to prepare steak.
