They were thick and chewy so you could chew on them nicely. I liked it. The pork belly slices were marinated with a sesame sauce and were very tender. The bean sprouts, which were also placed in sesame oil, and the salad were crispy and made the dish very summery. After I sliced open the blanched egg, all of the yolk ran over the food. It was so creamy. A delicious dinner on a very hot day . The restaurant can be reached by taking the train and walking five minutes from the station.
