Authentischer Japaner (was das Essen betrifft) mit eigenwilligem Service.Hier wird nichts eingedeutscht, nichts amerikanisert, keine Kompromisse gemacht und wenn der Gast anderer Meinung ist, dann ist auch der Service nicht der beste.Aber wenn es denn stimmt - dann gibt es hier authentische Küche (nicht unbedingt kochtechnisch hochwertig aber dafür den "deutschen" Gaumen mit neuen Erfahrungen konfrontiernde Geschmäck...
