Food is authentic Japanese and the operators. It happened today. Not disappointed. The selection is beautifully diverse, all ingredients fresh, good fish quality. The super soft avocado just knocked me over. Here and there the rice was not perfectly shaped and a tuna Nigri was a little hard of consistency. But that can happen. The rest was coherent. Not the best sushi in Frankfurt, but one of the better shops. The fish was really delicious. Unfortunately, the sushi culture in Germany is in many places to get a new fast food culture ala cheap and inferior products to get customers the highest profit quickly and effortlessly, see for example Sushi Circle. EDIT: With the fast food culture, it is not intended to treat the preparation time, but the general lack of appreciation of food and quality. At least we haven't. Nice service and good food.
