Kona Grill Franklin

The sushi and cocktails at this restaurant are fantastic! The service was top-notch and the ambiance was delightful.

Service was very lacking. Slow with little followup. Food arrived 35 minutes after order and was cold. The last two times at Kona Grill has been unsatisfactory and Kona Grill has been removed for my list.

So disappointing. I wasn’t expecting it to be outstanding, but the food was BAD and service was inefficient. Even the calamari and my daughter’s chicken tenders were terrible. They forgot our sushi so I can’t say if that was any good, but based on the other food, I’d guess we didn’t miss anything.

The food was very good and enjoyed the atmosphere. Our server was very busy and it seemed that we were forgotten a bit. But will be back.

The manager had planned it badly so that the server was extremely reworked. They were understated. The seat was outside and cold without lighting at the table or above. The sound level was echo. The food was spicier as what is noticed on the menu. We had to order something else to replace it and waited very long for it. The product we finished was delicious. We felt very sorry for the server because she tried so hard. We talked to the manager, but he was in denial.
