I frequent this restaurant often and always order the same thing. Today when I entered, I requested my bread not be toasted. The woman serving me became angry and complained about the inconvenience of not toasting my bread, giving me an attitude. This subway is the worst! The employees always have bad attitude never makes the sandwich right!
Extremely slow!!! Only 1 person behind the counter. Person behind counter had a language barrier. Had to explain things several times. Never said thank you, poor customer service.
Honestly, the service was so slow that I almost walked away while waiting, and there were only two other customers in the shop. The food was good, and I don't want to trash the place because it isn't high-scale organic whole food whatever. It was tasty. It was priced right. It's just... the service. The woman taking the order really struggled with what I was asking for, and what I was asking for was mostly pre-arranged on the menu, so it was confusing for me as a customer as well as time-consuming. This wouldn't stop me from returning, but it's not someplace I'd run back to.
Nice lady. Needs a sweeping. Doesn't take coupons. Food is good.
