Just visited this disgrace of a business in Franklinton and they were out of chicken! I would absolutely be ashamed to be the owner of such a poorly run establishment. Popeye’s should seriously consider pulling the franchise from this owner. Service is consistently horrible at best and they can’t even keep a supply of the staple menu item! View all feedback.

read moreEating is always good, which is why there is always a line. This week there was a couple of times and was made of straws every time.
