Went through drive through. Neither good nor bad. It just is what it is. I would say however and this is not a discriminatory remark, that they need to ensure staff on the drive through can both understand and speak clearer English. That becomes more of an issue with those drive through intercoms to be fair.. Otherwise no complaints. Young girl was polite, smiley and professional and was doing her best. View all feedback.
Great service worth more than 5 stars, the food was finger linking more than 5 , the restaurant was clean and tidy, it definitely earns a10 out of 10 ,thank you KFC Queenstown ,we really enjoyed our visit, From, my brother and me Sth Auckland.

Ordered “Famous Five”meal and it ready under 2mins Fast speed good service and hot food. Chicken cook well not dry and chips hot and crunchy a bit too much salt lol potatoe and gravy were hot hot which is fantastic not many KFC has hot hot potato and gravy. KFC is kfc all have similar taste. Customer service is good, guy at the counter was humble and smiling at least someone was in the rush qtown.
Quickest kfc I've been to yet. I had my food before my mate, (2 people behind me in line) ordered
