"There is a reason this place is rated #1 for breakfast in Franschhoek! Everything was just as you hope a great breakfast will be. I’ve had breakfast in many Franschhoek eateries and haven’t had a bad one, but this is just a step above the others. Plus a funky little shop inside. Definitely recommend. "Our favorite restaurant for this year. It comes very close to beating our all time favorite restaurant Joel Robuchon in Las Vegas. The food and service was nothing but spectacular. The sommelier Kyle really paired wines well. I can only say you absolutely have to try this restaurant. Could not fault a single thing ."

"Attentive service, lovely food, excellent wine an idyllic experience is on your doorstep Paarl seems like it might be a great trek. However we were pleasantly surprised to be rewarded with an idyllic escape after a 40 minute journey out of Cape Town. Service was superlative and the restaurant is a run attentively and unobtrusively. The menu was delightful with foraged items being used excellently, beautifully and tastily in a garden setting with a wonderful landscape to crown it all. Portions were generous and the wine is incredible."
