"Quite expensive mains. We decided to take the 105$ (two persons) menu that includes two mains plus the buffet selection and a bottle of wine. Better option that paying around 40$ for a main. The food was nice."

"This place is buffet dinner at $29.50 certainly not fine dinning as it used to be. Breakfast is ok. A hot breakfast for $19.50 plus 1.5% eftpos surcharge Not recommended but if you are staying at the resort you have no other choice"

"The Seabelle Restaurant is the Kingfisher Resort's fine dining venue. We had a reservation but it still took 20 minutes to seat us at our table, even though the restaurant was less than half full. We ordered the Pepperberry and Beet Cured Emu, Fraser Coast wild King Prawns and the special, the Crocodile with Watermelon, for entrees. We most liked the prawns out of the three. The emu was quite salty, perhaps because it had been cured for too long. For mains we tried the Paper Bark wrapped North Queensland Barramundi, Thai Spiced Duck and Hideaway Bay Pan Seared Pink Salmon. The duck and salmon were overcooked however we had asked for the salmon to be cooked medium. The Mango and Coconut Panna Cotta and the D'gari Delight were our dessert choices. The D'gari Delight had Daintree chocolate soil, orange sherbet and fairy floss. This was our favourite of the two. The panna cotta, though nice, had a very firm consistency and was not really a good panna cotta in this respect. All the dishes were well presented and visually pleasing. The waitress was pleasant and accommodating. If you are staying at the Kingfisher Resort for a few days the Seabelle Restaurant is worth a visit and a good alternative to the other eating venues. Note though, it is closed on Mondays and you are required to make a reservation."
