Rocky Mountain Roastery is fantastic! We visited in the morning and enjoyed vanilla lattes and americanos. The coffee is flavorful and the vanilla lattes are tasty without being overly sweet. In the afternoon, we came back for iced matcha and iced ginger peach teas, which were just as good as the morning drinks. The staff is exceptional and really goes the extra mile for their customers.
