I have been to this restaurant three times and it has been amazing each time. I order through the app and my food is always ready very quickly. I usually order when I am 10 minutes away and when I arrive, my food is already waiting for me. Every time I walk in, I am warmly greeted and the friendly vibes continue as I leave. They have never made a mistake with my order, even when I make modifications to my smoothie. View all feedback.

I will never order from this restaurant again! The sunrise sunset smoothie was the worst thing I have ever tasted - it tasted like ice chips and orange peels. Additionally, the lettuce on my super green Caesar wrap was dirty. Make sure to check your food, especially if you order one of their wraps. View all feedback.
Idk about the other reviews, but this is one of the only locations ill go to for tropical smoothie!! I am always greeted, never had a problem with my order, and never had a bad experience!! The main difference between this location and others is they ACKNOWLEDGE their customers. I cant tell you how many times I walked into different locations and I cant even get a hello or even are you here to pick up ... instead I have to awkwardly wave down the employee lol. Very silly. Been coming to this location for 5 months now and will continue to! Thank you staff !!!!
The staff is excellent. They are so friendly and welcoming. Also the smoothies and the food are great. I usually go to Hall Rd near Romeo Plank, but they are not like those in Fraser in any way so that this location will go to my from now on.
Excellent customer service! Places a large order for 20 figure skaters and it was ready and not a mistake! The manager followed a few hours later to check everything and how the transaction went! I'm gone! Go on! Thank you. Gksa skaters!
We had a late meal here not too long ago(hrs). It was our first time here, and we were definitely pleased! The staff was polite! The guy who made our food wore gloves and the girl making the smoothies changed her gloves multiple times while we waited...HUGE PLUS!!!! We ordered the Chicken Bacon and Ranch Flatbread, the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, and a Mango Magic Smoothie!! The wrap and flatbread both came with a choice of an apple, chips, or some third side the cashier mentioned. Everything was good! This will definitely be our quick snack stop in the future!!
