Amazing little pub staff were great couldn’t be more helpful the was amazing not one problem for starters we had a garlic break and salt and pepper chicken strips with sweet chilli sauce the chicken was really fresh and the coating was nice and crispy, for mains we had cheese and onion pie beans and triple cooked chips which was beautiful the chips tasted like ready salted walkers crisp and mrs had steak and ale pie... What Michael Powell doesn't like about The Clifton At Warton:
Great food, terrible selection of cider let's it down. I'd love to see either a local Lancashire cider or something that isn't the super sweet Bulmers Strongbow usual.
