"This is the best sushi of Kolding. That being said, the place is not very cozy to dine in and the toilet is not very pleasant. I am still coming back here once in a while because the sushi is very good."

"The meat is served raw and fried on a hot slab of stone on your table which is a nice unusual touch. But it could be improved, it would be nice with a sharp knife to cut the meat with if you are two persons sharing. Also some small spoons for the sauce would be nice. The wine list was quite short."

"They are mad for sushi in the sleepy little coastal town of Fredericia. It is a message from the outside world to a town still happy in its Danishness and the message is heard loud and clear. The sushi is very well done. It is many people's first try of this most noble of foods and it does not disappoint. The platters are excellent value and the standard of freshness and flavor are very high. I will be back. :"
