"Isabella's capped off a great afternoon in downtown Frederick. Started at a local brewery on the Creek, walked down to Market Street for some shopping and stopped at Isabella's for lunch. One of my favorite spots for a meal downtown ???? ???? ????. We picked 3 tapas to split and thoroughly enjoyed all of them. That and an Oktoberfest craft beer made for a great lunch stop. There was a table or two out front but we sat inside at a booth and had great table service."

"An 18 pizza phones. armed and standing in an empty box when my pizza was ready. I waited for 10 minutes while my pizza was sitting in a heater waiting for a cashier. finally paid and back to home. opened the box and discovered 3/4 of the crust was burned to black. update: hallo david, I spoke to the manager at our frederick, MD location. he wants to apologize if the pizza was burned. he said that the young man who helped them at the desk was new and still in training. we apologize. we would like to give them a loan of $10.00 in the direction of their next order. we see that they have placed an evaluation on google. it would mean a lot to us if they please update that we would like to offer a solution to this event. we appreciate their business sincerely and hope that we can offer them a five star experience on their next order. many thanks and have a wonderful day! nancy J.Rosati’s franchise development, llc"
