I happened to walk by and decided to stop in. This was, without a doubt, the best Roy Rogers I've ever visited in my 40 years! The food was great, but the customer service was exceptional. The robennatron machine was out of order, but they quickly replaced it so I could enjoy my meal. The woman who took my order, Shakara, was fantastic. Since it was my first time at Roy's, she skillfully guided me through the menu and let me know that I needed to request toppings and sauces separately, as they didn’t come standard with the burger.
