"Wow! What a treat it was to dine here during our Anniversary trip to Fredericksburg. The service was excellent and the food and wine was among the best we've had anywhere in the world this is a seriously great place! Geoff, our server, was very knowledgeable about their extensive Texas wine list and also very helpful in selecting from the menu when everything sounded delicious. We decided to order several things to share: starting with the Magic Mushroom, then a Wedge Salad, mains of the Filet with side of Wasabi Steak Sauce, and the Grilled Shrimp, a side of Street Corn, and finishing up with a Pecan Pie Crème Brûlée all washed down with some Pellegrino and a lovely bottle of the Hilmy Reserve Petite Verdot. Don't miss out on a great experience and book a table at the Cabernet Grill for your next special dinner! I know we'll be back and we may even stay in their Cotton Gin Village. It looks like a great lodging option."

"This our second visit to this sweet little gem in Fredericksburg. Service is amazing! Marco and all of the staff are on point. Oysters on the half shell are fresh and the food is amazing. Hate that leftovers are the only pictures I have. Please note that this place is small and wait times can vary but be patient because it's worth your time. We had the lobster tail and spicy shrimp boil and both were excellent!"

"Visiting from out of state. First time trying and it was yummy! Went back the next day for another treat. Location: right on main street. Gps will take you there. There is free parking on the street, but depending on when you go, it can fill up. Evenso, parking a ways down and walking shouldn't be too far of a walk. There is also a public parking lot nearby, across from PastaBellas. Atmosphere: cute, diner style look with old fashioned decor. Booths inside. It can easily get crowded inside withlimited seating. The way the tables and counter is set up feels a bit too close/cluttered to me. I feel like I'm always insomeone's way due to the layout. As soon as you walk in, you may be running into someone. Service: Very friendly and open tosamples of the ice cream. I never felt rushed by the staff. Food: ice cream (many many flavors), floats, nachos, sandwiches,cookies, salads, potatoes, coffee, baked goods, etc. We tried the cotton candy ice cream and it was one of the best cotton candyflavors I've tried. Also got a chocolate chip cookie and they are huge! Price: depends on what you get. Cookies ran about $3;salads $12; sandwiches $13; potatoes $13; medium ice cream was about $7. Overall, a cool stop. We enjoyed our sweets andrecommend checking it out. They have a little bit of everything for everyone."
