What User doesn't like about Outback Steakhouse:
My wife and I stopped for dinner and the wait was not bad. Our server was polite and helpful. Our food however was not, we both ordered a combo platter of filet mignon and shrimp. I'm 63 years old and the filet I was the worse I've ever had. My wife's was just as bad. Was there last night in Central Park Fredericksburg Va. with my lovely bride. Our server was awesome! Brandon, good job buddy! The crab was on point. The 1st filet was overcooked but they made me another one to perfection. Overall great service and experience.
Jackie was our waitress. We had a fairly large group of 7 people. She was awesome , friendly and helpful in that we were on a time schedule due to a dance competition. She got us done quickly and effortlessly! She should get a special shout out from the Mgrs m!
Sat in a booth in the bar. Caroline was our bartender/waitress. Had bud light draft and wallaby darned. Had a blue cheese pecan chopped salad, wings, shrooms and a side salad with ranch. Amazing service and food.
My family and I had stopped coming here for the longest time because of the bad service, we went a few days ago to see if anything has changed and IT HAS We got the wonderful Jackie as our waitress and she was the nicest waitress I have ever had at any restaurant in the area! She made our experience a 10/10 and now when I go to Outback I will be requesting her every single time and I would recommend for anyone who’s looking for a 10/10 experience to do the same! Besides the 5 star service the food was great, it came out fast and hot!
Always a good meal here.. just me so enjoy sitting at the bar and people watching. Also love that I can still get a chopped salad even if not on menu. Prime rib cooked to perfection ..
