All about Spilt Tea-Scottish tea room is A-M-A-Z-I -N -G!! Fredericksburg really needed a unique place like this. Eating was ALL incredible, and strawberry champagne cakes were for dying. Love Susie, Jamie and the whole institution. View all feedback.
