What User doesn't like about The Dip Pool Bar & Grill:
Our evening started with waiting 15 minutes to get a drink and 45 minutes for food. All of our food was horrible especially the Pad Thai. I sent mine back only for it to come back after everyone else's food was gone and it was even worse. All four people in our party tried it and we all agreed that it was inedible. Our waitress then sent the manager over who was very apologetic and open to our constructive criticism.... View all feedback. What User likes about The Dip Pool Bar & Grill:
We stopped here with my family on our way across Canada, this is an amazing restaurant, right on the St. John River, patio, very friendly service. We ordered a variety of items from the menu, these were all excellent. There's no hesitation in recommending this restaurant. View all feedback.

read moreWhile some guests enjoyed the food and view, many others experienced long wait times and poor service at this riverside restaurant. Issues included poorly cooked meals, inconsistent drink sizes, and uncoordinated staff. Despite some positive feedback on the food quality and friendly servers, the overwhelming consensus was that the service was lacking. Some guests were even motivated to stand up and confront staff for missing essentials like silverware. Overall, the atmosphere was described as chaotic and disorganized, with numerous reports of long wait times for both food and drinks. Despite some enjoyable aspects, the general sentiment was that the negative experience outweighed the positive.
