I don't think the menu quite explained how we were supposed to enjoy this restaurant to it's full potential. What you're supposed to do is order the 4- or 5- course meal and experience several different dishes and their complementary wines. We have visited Enomania before and then it was really good. This time the dishes which should be hot, were all lukewarm. Maybe this dishes waited on the counter for all guests to finish the previous dish. Not good : Great wines. read more.
