Highway 69 is a nice restaurant inspired by American highway restaurants. The food is very good with great prices (based on Norwegian average). The staff seems to be quite stressed/disoriented at times but at the time I visited it was quite busy so I get it. Cheap and lazy attempt at American style diner food. They managed to use the most inexpensive frozen food throughout the menu. Even the ketchup was a cheap brand disguised in a Heinz bottle that was obviously refilled with something from Aldi.
