Wendy's - Fredonia

Terrible service. at 9:25 o'clock. sign reads lobby is open up to 10 clock, but all doors are locked. go through the driveway and the girl who commanded it was rude. go to the pick-up window and the food bag is thrown into my car. then we wait to ask for our straws and spoons, she looked back and said what I asked for straws and spoons, as we have 2 drinks and 2 frostys. she rolled her eyes, grabbed her and hit her in my hand. rude, disrespectful. and we don't even come a 10-minute drive to the house and our fries are ice cold, and both sandwiches are totally wrong.

I had breakfast through drive in. The stuff many times forgot put sauce and mess up order. It also takes a very long time to complete the order...

Terrible experience at this restaurant. We had to wait for our food, received only one sandwich instead of the three we ordered. When I raised the issue with the manager, Robert Ramsey, he made excuses and lied to me, blaming the drive-thru crew and a coworker named Victor. Is this the way a manager should behave? This all took place at the Wendys in Fredonia NY. I will not be returning to this location for future orders or business.

The nuggets were great as always, but the chili was disappointing. It didn't taste or look like Wendy's chili at all. Wendy's chili is usually bold and spicy with a thick consistency, whereas this chili was watery and lacked that homemade flavor.

The wait times at this restaurant can be slightly lengthy. On average, expect to wait around 20 minutes in the drive-thru if you visit late at night.
