The food is fresh, well made and packed every time. A young lady named Abby helped me today and her, as well as all I met in the store, were very attentive and made me welcome. "We came here for lunch as soon as we got to Illinois. Downtown O’Fallon is very nice! Peel is in a great location. However, the food does quite stack up. On the good side, the pretzel rolls were great! Nice and hot, plus the sauces it came with were really good. However, this cannot make up for the fact that the pizza was not up to par. The crust was soggy and could not hold the weight of the cheese or toppings. I had to eat my pieces with a fork just to get it to hold. The flavor was only decent. But for the price of everything we ordered, I do not feel the quality matched. When we went, they were not busy so I’m not sure what went wrong. Our server was friendly though and that is always appreciated."
