"Prunedale market has friendly service and large portions. The setting has a rustic feel that made us immediately comfortable. The tri-tip in the sandwich had a smoked flavor that was wonderful. "Let 's start with the positives: The cupcake was great. I could have eaten another. The deep fried artichoke were pretty good, but lacking in creativity. It 's just artichoke in batter, deep fried, and served with bottle ranch. The fire roasted artichoke was ok. Now the negative: The pizza and nachos... Bad. Let 's call these bachelor food . The pizza crust tasted IDENTICAL to totinos freezer pizza in flavor and texture. The sauce was...canned tomatoes? Canned olives, canned jalapenos. Lots and lots of cheese, but it didn 't help. The artichokes were the only thing worth eating. The banks were canned queso, canned tomatoes, canned jalapenos. There 's no love in this dish. No thought. Open can, pour on chips. Next. Maybe I just got unlucky in what I ordered but I almost felt insulted at how poor quality the food was."

"I? ve only ordered the delivery from here, so consider how you read this. I?ve ordered the decreasing appetizers and my favorite, Tom Kha Gai soup, both are consistently quite good. My other favorite, Pad Kee Mao, aka Drunken Noodles, is just not on the standard. Not with the right noodles, not NEARLY spicy enough, even after the request quite sharp. And it's just not as good as other versions? We?ve also had other dishes like the aubergines basil, and really it just didn't have the complexity, the layers of flavors, or even, enough basil to make it really a basil. Everything was fresh and made with high-quality ingredients, it was simply not?gel? in a really interesting and tasteful dish. I prefer the other local alternatives. I gave them a fair chance. They like simplicity and freshness, but I wanted more Thai taste art and saucier flair."

"Came here with a party of 3. The service here is horrendous. Waited 20mins to get any service. 30mins later, we get our drinks, 2 horchatas and 1 Michelada. Still waiting on food at the 50minute mark. Just some tacos and 1 california omelette. Same thing happened to another table of 2 that came in later. They had to go to the front to tell them that they've been waiting for awhile and the server forgot that she had seated them, about a 20min wait. Kids running around throughout the restaurant everywhere screaming. The california omelette was mediocre. The tiniest omelette I've ever seen. Ordered 2 chicken tacos, they gave beef. Temperature was lukewarm."
