dry cesarsalate I've ever had. the special ink paste of my wife was very good and apparently took more time to prepare than my Rittaoni blog, which was a little dried to stay warm. but the Bolognese sauce was quite tasty and had some genuine flavors that I enjoyed very much (the heavy ones at most Italian restaurants can be quite bland.) stemware could have been cleaner. our server was attentive and simply lovely.
