I have been eating in this restaurant for over ten years now and it never disappoints. The owners love to feed people good food. Also, many local Mexican restaurants serve salsa and sauces containing preservatives that give me a headache. Not here. Always fresh. Kudos. View all feedback.
If your looking for delicious authentic Mexican food in a no frills environment this place is for you! You know when the place is authentic when your waitress can't even speak English! I just pointed to what I wanted and she had an app to translate my English into Spanish on her phone. They start you with chips and a green dip that was so flavorful. It tasted amazing! I had the chicken fajitas chimichanga topped with green sauce for my entree, and that came with rice and beans. It was like a home cooked Mexican meal. It was DELICIOUS! The chimichanga was packed with authentically seasoned chicken. They have their specials for the day posted on their back wall. They are also written down one side in English and one side in Spanish by their menus. I highly recommend Bahia De Acapulco in Freehold for Mexican food!

It’s a hole in the wall with some of the best authentic Mexican food in freehold
Cute little Mexican spot around the corner from the downtown mainstays of Freehold.
Stopped here for a quick bite and so glad I did. We got the nachos, tacos, and chicken quesadilla. Everything was so flavorful and fresh. Very friendly and clean. The horchata is a must!
