I saw this story in my news feed about Charlie 's Cafe had the best cinnamon rolls in Minnesota. So, of course, I had to find out on my own OH BOY!!! It was well worth the 2 hour drive up 94 East to Freeport, MN!! Not only were the rolls the most scrumptious ever, we tried both the frosted and the caramel rolls, but the food was just as awesome!!! My wife and I just stopped here for lunch before heading back home. It was pretty busy. The sign said to seat ourselves. There were.no tables open, but all the seats at the counter were open so we sat there. We figured there would be a wait and we were ok with that, but at least four different employees walked by us without acknowledging us or saying a word.
