What Victoria “Mad Dog” rose likes about Dunkin':
The blonde woman whose been there a while, lori i believe, is a lovely woman. Every morning im miserable on my way to work for a living, and my minute in there getting my coffee from her is the only time during regular business hours that i use my genuine smile from happiness as opposed to my standard customer service smile. This chocolate croissant was hard and dry so ripped it open and look at the amount of chocolate they squirted in there that's all dried up from sitting there for days. My coffee tasted like water. Sick of Dunkin hiring just anybody these days and not giving them proper training. Why hire someone who can not simply do there job?
