Good quality, proper traditional food.
The first impression is not great I'll admit - empty for a Sunday lunch (when the Cappuccino Strip was very busy), seating is not particularly comfortable at the booths (table too high / couches too low) and food was slow to come out.
But the two young guys working there were very friendly. And then the food was actually really good and was worth it.

What Fausto Anderson doesn't like about Zapfhall:
A scoopon deal $120 credit for 55: We paid extra $57 for 4 of us.
The place was quite noisy, We have to shout to the waitress in order to be heard... This is not a good place to meet up with your friends, relax and make a conversation.. A loud music background made it worse. Will I come back again? Maybe not.. Honestly I prefer Brotzeit German restaurant and pay a full price than this one.

Zapfhall literally saved me from hypoglycemia. I had saved myself for sagra pasta, but they then sold, said kitchen was recovered for minutes. the
The idea is great, but the delivery is not .. so I have been here twice in the last time, for the first time, only for a drop of German beer (that's pretty.
Dreadful, terrible service! No one welcomed us, I had to ask a waitress if we could sit on a table. after a few minutes a waitress came by.
Second time here and still great service and eat. they think it deserves much more than the much worse restaurants that had higher ratings, e.g. hipster joints.
Excellent service and generous dining portions with a beautiful roof view over freo. when they arrive early enough, they can even catch the sunset. faster service with the best German food I have tried in perth. defines an attempt worth when they look for something real.
