My favorite boba spot ever, I’ve been coming here consistently for over a year and a half now. Their panda milk tea is my absolute favorite, and I usually get it without agar. The staff is always so nice, and the drinks are consistently good! View all feedback. What King Zieme doesn't like about 99% Tea House:
Delicious but the workers don’t respect the published hours. We got there on time and we’re told they were already closed with the open sign still ON and within their published hours. That’s not good for customers. We came all the way from Pleasanton for this. Not cool! View all feedback.
