Ordered food for 3 people, ended up waiting over 2 hours and food was still not right. What was irritating is multiple orders went out before ours. Was told we would get a refund, but at the end only got a gift certificate for $11.00. None of us got to enjoy our food together and the bartender was not helpful at all.
