I've been going to El Rancho for many years. Unfortunately, Raphael is no longer here. The food was always great and still is, but the place is not the same without it. The Top Shelf Margarita is expensive, but the best. The prices have risen, and I think the shares may have become smaller. This happens everywhere, so it's what it is.
