What Michael Peitzmeier doesn't like about Hardee’s:
I don’t think a customer should have to pull forward in the drive thru when there’s no one else in the drive thru just to improve their drive thru service scores!! This has happened to me several times and I think the score should drop significantly every time a customer has to pull forward to get their food!!! View all feedback.
