What Chuck Williams likes about Jack In The Box:
I custom ordered a chicken sandwich and they made perfectly! I basically had them make JITB's Really Big Chicken Sandwich, which they took off their menu a few years ago for some reason: 2 chicken patties, Swiss cheese, bacon, mayo, lettuce and tomato. Why do u guys not answer ur phone? I ordered 2 breakfast meals this morning guess what no hash browns in the bag n no receipt. Tried calling several times no one answer the phone. Couldn't drive back coz its not close by me n I have other place to be. Sowill go afterwards n c what they have to say. Unacceptable View all feedback.
I went today to get food they didn?t give me half of my order didn?t see it until I got home.
