"Miguel's is a cult classic. I can see why. You go for a hike in the red river gorge and then you need to be able to get nourishment and what perfect way to do that then with pizza. Miguel's is very unassuming. it is off the main road in Slaton Kentucky in a yellow building. The menu is extensive if your vegan don't worry. If you're vegetarian, don't worry. They have plenty of options. The prices are also very reasonable. We got a cheese pizza, eight slices $12. The pizza was yummy and tasty and the space to even have. This was excellent. We ate outdoors. Watch the kids play basketball and enjoyed our pizza. This was the perfect way to end a hike."

"I was not expecting to find good coffee, let alone vegan food in this tiny town. I got an iced almond milk latte that was a little sweet for me, but as a coffee snob, I can tell you that the barista knows how to pull a shot! I didn’t grab any of the food, but the huge vegan brownies and muffins looked delicious. So glad I found them on this app!"

"A good place to grab a bite to eat. The place was very open layout and clean. Staff was very nice and water was at the table so we never had to bother anybody for refills! Very introvert friendly. They were also setting up for trivia night when we left, sothat could be a fun option! A great selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non! It was a great place to just sit and enjoy yourcompany for sure. There were only 2 small issues. My partners nachos (while delicious in my opinion) had a large scorch mark onthem that made it look as though the cheese had been microwaved. I enjoyed them nevertheless, but he was not pleased with thetaste. I cannot verify for sure if it had been microwaved or not, but he is a very big visual eater , so it threw him off. Myissue may have had to do with the location we sat. We sat close to the restrooms which was level with the kitchen entrance. Thisput us in the perfect position to hear both the kitchen staff 's music and the dining room 's music at the same volume. Not a funexperience to have two completely different songs in your ears at high volume, but we moved outside and it was fine. Idefinitely recommend this place and their delicious hotdogs! A must-stop spot."
